Dan joined the staff of CCC in January 2007. Having served as Associate Pastor and Interim Lead Pastor, Dan began serving as Lead Pastor in January 2014.
Dan grew up on the south side of Indianapolis, graduating from Perry Meridian High School before attending Taylor University in Upland, Indiana to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He later completed a Masters of Arts in Religion through Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois.
Dan and his wife, Denise, were married in 2001 and prioritize their time (and energy) as the parents to two growing and very active children.
Debi Macy-Smith has been with CCC since 2002.
She has a caring and helpful spirit with a joyful love for God. You could say she is the glue of the church, making sure the weekly operations and Sunday morning Worship run smoothly. If you stop in to say hello, you will get a friendly greeting in return.
When not working at the church, she and her husband, Roger Smith, share their gift of music ministry as Macy-Smith & Co. Their love of various music styles takes them many places throughout Indiana to perform.
Debi loves her family, cooking, gardening, reading, refinishing furniture and the Lord’s outdoors. Children Hannah and Adam complete the family.

Sandy joined the CCC staff as Music Team Leader in May 2013.
Sandy attended Butler University in Indianapolis where she earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees in music education. She also has served 30 years as an elementary music teacher at Burkhart Elementary School in Perry Township working with her award-winning choirs.
In addition to developing the music team at CCC to create worship experiences that honor God and engage people, Sandy always has a smile and enjoys baking, sewing and spending time with family, especially Jim, her husband since 1984.
